Who we are

Medical Parts Warehouse, LLC (“MPW,” “we,” “us”) sells replacement parts for surgical leg stirrups, patient positioners, and related OR equipment at medicalpartswarehouse.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Order information: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, collected during checkout to fulfill and ship your order.
• Account information: if you create a customer portal account, your email and any organization details you provide (for hospitals and facilities ordering on account).
• Inquiries and part requests: name, email, phone, and any details or photos you submit through our contact or request-a-part forms.

We also use one functional cookie to remember which equipment model you’ve selected, so the catalog shows parts that fit it. It doesn’t identify you and isn’t used for advertising or tracking. Your cart contents are stored in your browser, not on our servers, until you check out.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, respond to inquiries and part requests, confirm equipment fitment, and communicate with you about an order or request you’ve made. We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell it.

Who we share it with

We share information with the services that run the store, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Stripe processes payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• QuickBooks Online (Intuit) keeps our accounting and order records. Your name and order details are shared with it to record the sale.
• Resend delivers transactional emails (order and inquiry notifications).
• Supabase and Vercel host our database and website.

We don’t share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal recordkeeping purposes. Inquiry and part-request submissions are kept while we’re actively working with you and for a reasonable period after.

Your choices

To ask what information we have about you, correct it, or request deletion, email info@medpw.com. We’ll honor deletion requests except where we’re required to keep order records for accounting or legal reasons.

Children

This site is intended for medical facilities and professionals purchasing equipment parts, not children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
