These terms govern your use of medicalpartswarehouse.com and any order placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

The site is for browsing and ordering replacement parts for surgical leg stirrups, patient positioners, and related OR equipment. Information you provide when ordering or contacting us (name, contact details, shipping address) must be accurate. Don’t use the site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or to interfere with its normal operation.

Fitment and compatibility

Fitment information is provided as a guide. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify a part is correct for their specific equipment before ordering. Contact us first if you’re unsure. Some fitment listings reflect OEM documentation rather than physical testing by MPW; where that distinction matters, the product page says so.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order; we never receive or store your full card number. Prices and stock levels are subject to change without notice, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a part turns out to be out of stock, or pricing was displayed in error. Our return policy is at /return-policy.

Shipping and order minimums

Orders have a $150.00 minimum. Standard shipping is a flat $15.00 per order by UPS Ground, and is free on orders of $500.00 or more. We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Some accounts have delivery arrangements agreed with us separately; those appear at checkout when they apply.

Medical Parts Warehouse, LLC is an independent supplier of replacement parts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Allen Medical, Hill-Rom, Baxter, Arthrex, Integra, or any original equipment manufacturer. All trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe equipment compatibility.

Text, images, and other content on this site belong to Medical Parts Warehouse, LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Medical Parts Warehouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it, beyond the remedies described in our return policy and any applicable product warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
