All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at info@medpw.com within 5 days of delivery in these cases.

Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase. Please contact our support team with any questions before placing your order.

Warranty

Parts come with a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting the day the part is delivered. If a part fails within that window under normal use, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, mishandling, normal wear, or a part installed on equipment it was not sold to fit.

Refurbished complete units are the exception: those carry the longer warranty stated on the product page.
